The Role:
You will play a leading part in the Sales department to effectively manage product sales by maintaining a portfolio of new and existing customers, increase the level of sales and generate new business lines within the corporate guidelines. This role is a senior integral role and the title does not reflect this.

• Promote the right product mix to existing and prospective customers to meet their needs and enhance sales.
• Provide existing customers with catalogue and quotations on new products to increase awareness and profit sales.
• Process sales orders accurately to ensure that customer’s commitments are properly communicated to production and planning.
• Liaise with manufacturing/production as necessary to provide updated information to customers regarding the status of their order and update on the delivery schedule.
• Build strong connections with important and loyal customers to develop successful customer relationships.
• Deliver sales targets to achieve sales goals and objectives in assigned segments as per the annual marketing plan.
• Develop extensive knowledge of customers’ total needs and the company’s offerings to formulate account strategies and promote long term value creation.
• Share business and industry intelligence with the company’s various organizations to help in the creation of sales strategy.
• Assist the Sales Manager in organizing sales campaigns activities, create brand awareness and promote the company’s product lines with prospective customers.
• Prepare sales analysis reports on a monthly basis, flagging any deviation from target and recommending actions to boost sales.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in either Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or any related field with solid experience in Marketing.
• Must have polymers & Plastics experience
