The Role:

1.7 During absence his/her job functions are performed by the person appointed by the Security Operations Manager who is responsible for their proper performance.

2. JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION
2.1 Education (higher)
2.2 Work experience At least 3 years
2.3 Language skills Kazakh, Russian, English (TCO Scale Level 5)
2.4 PC knowledge and skills advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
3. FUNCTIONS AND EMPLOYMENT DUTIES
Is charged with following functions and duties:

3.1 Project and its security
• Liaises with Projects on the issues of technical documentation on facilities planned construction/ debottlenecking.
• Provides operational guidance for ensuring technical and physical security during the period of construction/debottlenecking and in the course of further operation
• Performs facilities technical and physical security /vulnerability survey within the time frame specified
• Provides recommendations on addressing the findings and controls execution
• Maintains the list of technical and physical security means in the database
• Conducts training for the Security Operations personnel and for the company providing security services on the issues of examining the guarded facilities technical condition, identifying the most vulnerable spots


3.2 Technical security
• Identifies opportunities for installation of technical security equipment and other preventive devices on certain facilities.
• Controls maintenance of the equipment and devices,
• Liaises with the Security Operations on the issues of cutting the guards number by using technical security equipment.

3.3 Physical Security
• Participates in preparation of contracts on physical security issues related to the following systems:
 alarm system,
 interlocking mechanisms, locks, closing devices,
 containers with valuable (secret) elements,
 Closed Circuit Television system
 security services.

Prepares the data on physical security issues for Security Operations

3.4 Safety assurance
• Be the leader in Safety and Protection of Environment.
• Contributes to systematic Safety, Protection of Health & Environment, Efficiency & Reliability management, to achieve world class performance metrics in support of Operational Excellence Strategy.
• Participates in the Behavior-Based Safety Program

5.1 Improper execution of his job functions, provided by the job description, within the limits of applicable ROK legislation;.
5.2 Material damaging.
5.3 For violating Company policies and internal labor guidelines
