The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Service Assurance Advisor to work as part of the Service Assurance Team in Perth.

In this role you will focus on integrating processes, services and tools across all IT services to enable the IT operations and Support Department the transition from a current state to a future state.

As the Senior Service Assurance Advisor you will be creating and implementing change management strategies, assessing maturity of the service management framework and aligning/ maintaining the strategic objectives of the IT Operations and Support department.

You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact IT Operations and Support to increase benefit realization and overall capability.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following:

• Degree qualified in IT or related field, or relevant experience of 7+ years
• Significant experience driving change using change management methodologies such as PROSCI.
• Expert experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Experience in the use of methodologies such as ITSM, CMMI & COBIT in one or more areas of ITSM
• Solid experience and extensive knowledge in the design and implementation of Service Management Solutions, including toolsets, processes and people requirements
• Strong ability to motivate, mentor and manage others along with excellent communication skills to liaise at all levels of the business and influence positive outcomes with subtlety and tact
