The Role:
The Senior Site Contract Administrator will have the responsibility:

The Contracts administrator is an integral role elevating our requirement for expertise with external suppliers and contractors supporting the Canadian Business Unit. She/He manages the contract post award processes and activities for assigned contracts related to the Integrated Well Pad Program within Canadian Capital Projects. The scope covers management of contract related correspondence, management of contractor required certificates, review and validity confirmation of contract change requests and amendments, management of contract changes and amendments, manage disputes and the dispute resolution process, and perform site contract administration duties when required. Site contract administration duties include the management of site correspondence related to assigned contracts. The contract administrator will also be responsible for the proper closeout of assigned contracts, which includes the management of all holdbacks to ensure all requirements are fulfilled prior to the release of the holdback.

The main responsibilities of Senior Site Contract Administrator:

Modular Insulation
Reimbursement contracts
Formation of small construction contracts

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Senior Site Contract Administrator will have previous experience:

•Minimum college degree in Business Administration, Law, or Supply Chain disciplines
•Minimum 10 years of Procurement/Contracting experience preferably oil and gas industry
•Enhanced software application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP)
•Knowledge of various contracting terms and conditions, clauses, scope of work and compensation schedule structures
•Knowledge of contracts management processes for large projects
•Legally authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis without restrictions
