Multinational Oil company.

The Role:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical oversight and to manage the delivery for the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of subsea hardware, including subsea trees, manifolds, subsea boosting equipment, for Subsea projects in Brazil. This role will also involve the provision of technical assurance reviews for subsea hardware activities in Brazil.

This position supports the delivery and installation of subsea hardware. The work processes that are applicable to this position include contractor engineering oversight, design reviews, interface management across disciplines, Technical review activities, fabrication safety influence, and management of quality, cost, and schedule.

Principal Accountabilities include:

• Manage the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of subsea hardware for deepwater projects in Brasil;
• Organize and participate in design reviews with equipment supplier;
• Coordinating interface issues with other disciplines within the project team;
• Provide technical assistance in resolving equipment fabrication issues during fabrication phase of the project;
• Track and report cost and deliver schedule of subsea equipment;
• Manage equipment dock testing before offshore installation;
• Support and supervise offshore installation activities of subsea equipment;
• Coordinate Project After-action-reviews.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Position Requirements:

• An engineering degree and minimum 10 years relevant experience;
• Deepwater subsea equipment system design and installation experience is required;
• Ability to manage interfaces and provide overall systems perspective is important;
• The work requires individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic, dedicated, flexible, results-driven, and with strong team skills;
