The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
We are currently seeking a Senior Subsea Project Engineer – Manifold & Connection Systems to oversee the detail design, manufacture, supply and installation of the Manifold and Connection Systems for a major Project; and oversee the supply of the connections system for the Gas Export System.
This very exciting role will be based in Oslo, Norway and is a 12 month contract position.

• Overseeing and ensuring Contractors meet requirements of contracted Scopes of Work (designs, documentation, testing, shipping and installation).
• Coordinating the development of design information between teh clients teams and Contractors to ensure design integrity is achieved within schedule requirements.
• Developing design philosophies, basic configurations, functional and operational requirements.
• Advising the management and directing the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) team and Contractors on MCS related design and specifications in order to ensure compliance with Project requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or technician level with relevant experience).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience within this discipline.
• In-depth working knowledge of Manifold and Connection design codes and engineering practices.
• Recent and relevant experience delivering multi-well subsea systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills.
