The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
To provide a Audit System data analysis service for the Product Audit department. Reports to the Product Audit head of department. Works closely with the Product Auditors and the Technical functions in each Product Line. Close interface with Quality and associated departments.

Co-ordination of head of department’s role and responsibilities:
a. Supporting the HoD in required duties and tasks including Audit Prognosis and Audit Pilot Halls.
b. Preparing and collating of meetings, including follow up actions, tasks and next steps
c. Preparing presentations and reports for HoD
d. Co-ordination of meetings and outputs
e. Support continual improvement, pulse and processes in the department

2. Co-ordination for department
a. Provide Technical Support areas across Model platforms support when required
b. Provide the other Quality functions with support where required
c. Actively support and manage continual improvements for the team

3. Co-ordination for Functional Intranet and Communications
a. Support and develop the functional intranet with inputs from all other areas
b. Support and compile information presentations for Key Goals, Briefings, communication updates

4. Co-ordination of goals and objectives
a. Supporting the department members in required duties and tasks
b. Financial collation of operating budgets, headcount, project budgets and investment budgets for HoD and preparation for Planning Round/ Budget
c. Support the intranet development and make development changes to the functional intranet and other Sharepoint systems (including authoring basic sites)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstrable administrative experience, ability to work independently and proactively.
Experience of communicating effectively at all levels
Self- motivated and flexible with good attention to detail
Behaviours in line with People Framework (Level 3)
Financial planning and budgeting
Excellent organisational skills and presentation skills
Basic experience of automotive technical issues
GCSE or equivalent in English Literature/Language and Mathematics
Competent at intermediate level or above in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
German language knowledge/qualification preferred
Experience in a planning and organising role
