The Role:
Working in a senior position in Sadara's Talent Management and Organisational Effectiveness division, the role of Senior Talent Leader will be responsible for, but not limited to the below responsibilities. Strong candidates from large international corporations and Fortune 500 companies or whom have worked with Executives from companies of that size are highly desired.

• Annual Talent Review (ATR) process and calibration
• Development Action Planning of Designated High Potentials (HiPo)
• Annual Succession Planning process
• Annual State of Talent (for Board and Executive Leadership Team)
• Talent Leaders are a small, strategic team within the Talent Management Organization that works closely with business and IR leaders to ensure we design and deploy integrated talent management solutions across the enterprise to ensure talent is a source of competitive advantage for Sadara
• Business Line and Corporate Talent Succession - Working with IR and Business leaders, lead the process for corporate talent identification, development and succession
• Annual Talent Reviews - Set standards for and monitor Annual Talent Reviews; provide specific expertise for identification of key positions and talent assessment
• Act as consultant to accelerate development for key talent, including facilitating process for key development opportunities, e.g. HPLA (High Potential Leadership Academy) and other program nominations.
• Develop strategies to build a development culture and coach leaders to promote and support a development culture
• Translate business/function strategies into macro requirements that guide TM areas of priority in developing and delivering expertise to the organizational overall
• Is expected to be a trusted advisor of talent as well as has the ability to serve as a Leadership coach and facilitator

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience, including at least 5-10 years in Talent Management or Talent Development roles
• Strong business acumen
• Proven leadership, consulting, and coaching skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
