The Company:
A major Oil & Gas operator.

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Well Integrity Engineer with approximately 15 years oil & gas experience with an emphasis on Drilling Engineering, Well Intervention, Well Integrity and field operations. The holder of this role will be the single point of contact for Well Integrity conformance across multiple regions.

This contract can be on either a Residential or Rotational Basis (6/2)

Key Accountabilities;
• Lead Well Integrity Management System (WIMS) reviews and revisions
• Routine Annulus Pressure Monitoring and Interpretation
• Identify/Investigate/Interpret anomalous annulus pressure trends
• Perform Safe Operating Limit calculations
• Review/Interpret/Follow-up on Well Integrity Maintenance, Testing, and Inspection results and inform Stakeholders
• Prepare Statement of Requirements for Diagnostics or Repair
• Create and Distribute Monthly Well Integrity Status Reports
• Update Information on Well Integrity in Digital Well File
• Develop, implement and facilitate a fit for purpose risk assessment process on wells with sustained casing pressure through use of HAZard IDentifaction (HAZID), HAZard Operability (HAZOP), Levels Of Protection Analysis (LOPRA), Quantified Risk Assessment (QRA) or other risk assessment techniques as necessary. The risk assessment process will be applied across multiple regions.
• Identify Triggers and Develop Action Plans to mitigate risks
• Develop and implement Communication Plans, Risk Assessment results and techniques with company personnel.
• Coach and Train Nationals on Risk Assessment techniques and results for implementation into Well Integrity Standards and Processes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Engineering Degree Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of global oil & gas experience with emphasis on Drilling Engineering, Well Intervention, Well Integrity and field operations
• Demonstrable experience managing/leading risk assessments.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and systems Word, Excel, Power point
• Fluent written, spoken and reading English
• Valid Drilling Well Control Certification e.g. International Well Control Forum (IWCF), International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) WellCap.
• Valid Well Interventions Pressure Control certification
• Drilling Engineering Design, Planning and Operational experience
• Offshore Well Integrity Experience including supervision.
