The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
The role will be to Co-ordinate the Service Administration function on a "cradle to grave" basis, including:

• Order registration
• Dispute resolution
• Timesheet maintenance
• Tracking orders
• Order backlog resolution
• Invoicing
• SOX Administration

The successful candidate will have a good conbination of administrative, customer service and finance skills and experience, and be tenacious and persistent to both gain the information you require, and resolve outstanding issues to satisfaction.

You will liaise with the sales and service teams, and customers at all levels and you will be expected to be able to plan and organise your own workload.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Effective use of IT, business systems and cross functional processes
• Understanding of key aims and objectives of team
• Contribute effectively to the delivery of the team’s objectives
• Check and approve own work to appropriate and agreed levels
• Effective communication skills including telephone manner
• Good Excel skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience of dispute resolution within service oriented environment
• Experience of SAP
