The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
To participate in a team actively supporting the field based engineers, scheduling of service visits and processing of field service reports.
The position includes the operation of a Service Management System which is used to record and maintain service contracts including invoice schedules.
Preparing of service contracts for approval by the Business Managers and then issue and follow up on proposals in order to receive the orders to cover.

The position would suit a candidate with strong customer service skills from a Technical Service background

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
IT literacy gained from practical experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Technical or industry knowledge to support the Customer Service support activities
Previous experience in the use of a Service Management System would be an advantage
