The Company:
My client, a leading energy supplier is looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months. The position will be based in Rugby and looking for a candidate to start ASAP.

The Role:
The role is to Co-ordinate customer’s parts and service requirements. The role is accountable for:-

- Taking and processing service calls
– Managing the day to day administration of preventative and reactive service.
– Issuing service quotations for annual service and adhoc parts and service.
– Periodic correspondence to customers for coordinating engineers visit
– Filing management of all the service reports
– Filling of all the Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures.
– Drive out waste in the service processes and improve efficiency of engineers output
– Invoicing all the service visits and parts.
– Parts request to procurement team
– Sending parts to customers.
– Understanding all the process and procedures for the new software system and coordinating engineers visits
– Implementing the management of the service and heat billing for commercial and community heating customers
– Working in a small team to manage implementation and roll out of the system
– Leading by example by continuously looking to increase efficiencies and reduce waste
– Assisting with training sessions and team meetings to all levels of staff
– Service Administration to take and processes service calls/ Invoicing and other day to day service jobs

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- A sound IT knowledge including Microsoft Office
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team
- A self motivated and possess a driven, can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in running training sessions/process workshops

Qualifications and experience are essential and requires excellent customer focus. There is a need to be flexible and may be required to attend site. A Driving Licence is an essential requirement
