The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
Customer Service Co-ordinator required to work on a contract basis with the possibility of eventual permanent employment.

Duties Include:

- To participate in a team actively supporting the field based engineers, scheduling of service visits and processing of field service reports.
- The position includes the operation of a Service Management System which is used to record and maintain service contracts including invoice schedules.
- Preparing of service contracts for approval by the Business Managers and then issue and follow up on proposals in order to receive the orders to cover.

The position would suit a candidate with strong customer service skills from a Technical Service background

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- IT literacy gained from practical experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Specialist technical or industry knowledge to support the Customer Service support activities
- Previous experience in the use of a Service Management System would be an advantage
