The Role:
JOB: Service Coordinator

1. RESPONSIBILITY:
• To take all reasonable care during the performance of their work for the Health and Safety of

3. MAIN TASKS:
• Up-date logging experience tickets.
• Entry of timesheet and expenses for service personnel into SAP
• Process Visa applications and all relevant documentation
• Administration support for service engineers
• Logging/filing and maintenance of month end reports, monthly bonus, end of well reports
• General office administration
• Responsible for arranging medicals, vaccinations and informing training co. of RGIT requirements
• Arrange travel bookings and resolve any invoice queries where necessary
• Assisting with any additional administration for the department when necessary
• Coordinating the utilisation of TSP’s to meet client requirements
• Liaison with FSC’s to discuss operations requested by clients
• Participate in base Health and Safety initiatives
• Carrying out appraisals in line with the organisations standards
• Responsible for the maintenance of customer forecasts

4. MANDATORY SW-APPLICATIONS TO BE MANAGED:
• MS Office
• SAP

5. RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE AND FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Educated to a minimum of NVQ or equivalent in office administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good PC skills, including SAP experience
• Several years in office administration
• Customer focused and an understanding of the Oil & Gas Industry and it’s requirements
• Knowledge of basic Subsea Equipment
