The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
Main Accountabilities
To support in the delivery of the strategic business targets through collaboration with both the service sales and front end sales teams with the following core values

 Provide a safe working environment for all site employees, mitigate the risks

 Support the productivity of the service sales team
 Build and manage a sustainable funnel and revenue stream
 Portfolio segmentation and prioritisation
 Contact planning and a “model” week
 Diary Planning & funnel development
 Client development planning
 Responsibility for sales within the portfolio across chosen business segments
 Maximise the scope of the existing portfolio ensuring contract renewal is achieved when desired by the organisation
 Delivering the KPI’s across the existing portfolio.
 Acquire new contracts and ensure contract renewal at the appropriate margins
 Plan and drive the overall growth of the MP volume by proactively selling service portfolio in line with customers needs
Customer values
 Interact and manage key customers and their expectation of the product offering
 Ensure legal compliance for customers
 Understand industry and customer economies to fully position ROI as part of our Advanced offerings
 Interact and manage key customers to ensure expectations are both understood and clearly met.
 Capture and act on market intelligence
 Budgeting and forecasting
