The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are recruiting for a Services and Infrastructure Coordinator. In this position you will join the major maintenance team to coordinate support services of major maintenance events. Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, deliver, set up and manage infrastructure, permanent and temporary buildings and facilities
• Prepare event security plans
• Plan, deliver and manage all hire of equipment, tooling and isolations materials
• Coordinate event traffic, management plan, temporary muster areas, transport and parking
• Manage hire and off hire of equipment, facilities and tooling contractors during events
• Manage, track and report on equipment, facilities, tooling tracking and hire costs during events
• Management of support service contract personnel
• Build up contract positions to support major shutdowns/turnarounds
• Key interface with stakeholders during planning and execution of events

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

• Significant experience specialising in Tooling and Equipment within the Oil and Gas Industry
• Conversant with procurement, planning and contracts required for large scale events
• Trade experience on site is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced influencing skills with relation to challenging work scope and prioritisation
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced written and reporting skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify and build key relationships that contribute to high-class business results
