The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A new opportunity has arisen on a 12 month basis for a SharePoint ECM Analyst.

The key deliverables and responsibilities will include:
• Consult with the project team to analyse business requirements and opportunities.
• Define and deliver updates and enhancements to the Sharepoint system.
• Coordinate related requests for changes to the document management system.
• Provide end-user support for the project team to use Sharepoint and the document management system.
• Design and deliver training sessions to assist the project team to adopt Sharepoint, the document management system and the information management processes that they enable.
• Monitor and maintain Sharepoint system in compliance with standards for information security and information protection.
• Administer the Sharepoint site including access requests, capacity monitoring, planning and archiving.
• Maintain a work plan and operate a management of change process for changes to Sharepoint and the document management system.
• Provides Information Management Specialist/SME advice and support to business functions including Information Lifecycle Management
• Assist with IM Framework establishment, execution and implementation
• Advise business functions on the application of IM Strategies, Policies, Standards and Procedures including OEIM to meet their requirements
• Assist with implementation of Information Governance initiatives including development of Audit Reporting
• Assist with establishment of fit for purpose Metadata Models, Permissions Models, Migration Mapping for implementation of ECM Applications and Tools
• Provide advice to OE Processes in meeting their OE Process Compliance obligations, including the development of Critical Information Inventories and Self-Assessment Audits
• Provide direction for day to day usage of ECM Applications and Tools in compliance with IP requirements, Document Discovery, Preservation Orders and information sharing agreements
• Manage Records collection, including registration/storage/processing and retrieval of non-published items (e.g. company reports)
• Manage Inactive Records (physical and electronic media), including loans management
• Participate in regular Record Retention Schedule reviews
• Monitor customer activities for compliance with IM standards and processes.
• Develop Information Management training and awareness collateral for delivery to business functions
• Manage Data Quality efforts within IM (cleanse, rationalization, load, transcription)
• Manage Distribution, Circulation and Tracking
• Order New Materials / Invoice Management
• Provide cross-functional support to other Information Management functions (including Document Control, Document Management System tools, Web, Collaboration and Knowledge Management, Data Quality Management) when required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the Exploration & Production industry
