The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide.

The Role:
To develop and maintain a dynamic Management System to ensure that the operates to robust procedures which enhance the Performance Management and drive continuous improvement in all areas of Alliance activity.

- Develop, document, maintain and operate Alliance policies and processes consistent with policies, processes and standards integrating best practice and ensuring continuous improvement.
- A lead responsibility for the development and maintenance of Alliance policy, processes and business systems.
- Assisting with conducting internal audits including verification of close out of actions
- Managing internal and external standards and documentation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- The candidate must have good knowledge of ISO Standards 9001(2008), 14001 and OHSAS 18001, practical experience of their implementation in SHESQ management systems.
- Excellent ICT skills are a pre-requisite.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Higher education qualification e.g. HNC/HND/Diploma or equivalent (Management /SHESQ/Engineering preferred).
- Membership of relevant professional body
- Training for further career development will be provided as required.
