The Role:
• Supervise all offshore activities related to project including; act as company representative, attend operations update meetings, coordinate/schedule and delegate work to Service Technicians while on rig.
• Work as part of a team to install new products and refurbishment of our Client's equipment ensuring no down time is lost for our Client's customers, while controlling expenses and remaining assets of our Client's.
• Provide project support as required for all new projects; which includes attending design review for equipment and tools, reviewing installation procedures, assisting with project F.A.T. and reviewing project training requirements for service personnel.
• Ensure all equipment, topside and subsea is on location, ready to use and functionally fit for assembly work prior to starting each job. Obtain and review product running procedures. Complete required test documentation including; function test, installation, maintenance and preservation procedures.
• Monitor all our Client's and customer safety requirements. Ensure all employees are aware and work in safe manner. Proactively pursue safe working practices / procedures and participate in safety training. Practices good housekeeping in work areas.
• Provide sales support through quality customer interface and keep customer fully informed of all aspects of the job. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide project start-up expertise during first installations.
• Ensure all equipment and procedural issues are feed back to the appropriate project support personnel and complete Quality Notifications when required.
• Prepare and submit reports after completion of each job, plus forward customer questions and complaints to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in end of well meetings with management to discuss any operational concerns and lessons learned.
• Assist as required with the development of procedural requirements for current and future jobs.
• Attend quarterly service meetings and take part in focus groups when required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Extensive Field Service experience
• Demonstrated team leadership skills.
• Organisational skills and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• At least one year mechanical, electronic, and/or hydraulic related experience in a subsea oilfield equipment environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills.
• Ability to use measuring equipment, read drawings, hydraulic schematics and electronic schematics, and visualize in a three dimensional environment.
• PC skills.
