The Role:
As an Shift Technician you will:

Work as a member of a small shift team, (at time alone,) & is responsible for the safe, efficient operation of the CHP in line with business need. When working on days, their remit will also include safe and efficient plant maintenance, and improvement activities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As an Shift Technician you will have:

• ONC/NVQ level 3 equivalent in engineering, or process discipline.
• Time served apprenticeship.
• You will have regularly made important contributions to continuous / production / operational environments.
• You will be experienced in First line maintenance ensuring procedures, systems & processes are adhered to and targets are met.
• You will be comfortable working a shift pattern.
• You will be familiar with Safe System of Work processes & procedures including permit to work, Incident control.

This successful candidate will be eager to develop their skills and progress their career and will have the confidence to make appropriate decisions without seeking management approval.
