The Role:
Responsible for the co-ordination of all assigned Major maintenance activities and scope of works, Demonstrates a competency and knowledge of key PUK maintenance and operating procedures and ensuring their implementation in a safe and efficient manner. Provides input into the coordination of all operational issues such as shutdown and start up schedules.
Responsibilities:
• Actively involved and provide input into all HSSE discussions and documentation for major maint works
• Liaise with OPS, Maintenance and Engineering and all other key stakeholders to define Major Maint Scopes
• Adopt scope growth process using ACR forms for requests that may have an impact to isolation strategy / GOC / Manpower needs / Durations / Materials / services / etc
• Build Workpacks using the I-plan Format for Major maintenance activities
• Materials Management Overview
• Sub Contract Tendering
• Manage compilation of GOC
• SPA roles for some Shutdown Maintenance activity
• Provide construction support for surveys
• Constructability input to workpacks
• Provide survey information
• Identify SIMOPS issues
