The Company:
Our Client is the Operator of one of the largest remaining gas fields with estimated reserves of about 3tcf, to be produced during a 30 year lifespan, will meet about 8% of the country's gas requirements.

The Role:
Responsibilities/Essential functions of the job:

•Prepare Shutdown plans using Primavera P6
•Liaise with the project teams, operations and vendors during the Shutdown planning and execution phases to ensure timely development of Shutdown plans.
•Ensure an integrated overall Shutdown plan is produced that incorporates the asset team’s requirements.
•Actively participate in risk mitigation workshops
•Responsible for production of the pre/post-Shutdown 30 day plans that meet Shutdown requirements and ensures a seamless transition from the asset plan into the Shutdown plan.
•Responsible for monitoring progress and identify schedule threats (during planning and execution phases).
•Responsible for developing a method for gathering progress during the Shutdown and produce an “S” curve reporting process for the asset.
•Verify man-hour estimates submitted and work with the Shutdown leader and workscope owners to ensure durations, manning and timings are accurate.
•Responsible for delivery of daily progress reports during the Shutdown ensuring that an overall progress curve is produced in addition to a critical path curve and independent discipline curves.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Previous experience in planning and executing shutdowns
•Experience of primavera P6
