The Company:
Our client is the world's largest exploration and production company with operations in over 29 countries. In Australia our client is leading the way in both upstream and downstream oil and gas projects with further development projects in the pipeline.

The Role:
Provide assurance in all aspects of scoping, planning, work pack development and scheduling inclusive of constructability reviews.
Assist with screening the proposed shutdown activities along with the change management scope of work.
Integrate shared services for identifying tooling, scaffolding, lagging, painting, flange management etc.
Assist in the development of contracts.
Ensure that shutdown contingency material are identified and approved.
Oversight of all materials delivery dates – projects, maintenance, shutdowns etc.
Oversee of non-standard pre-work development i.e. Hot/reduced bolting, lagging.
Liaise with the contractors to ensures compliant with management plans.
Validate PPE requirements through gap analysis with the Coordinator.
Manage on-boarding of all new contractor supervision in liaison with the shutdown team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position within the O&G project.
Experience with plant shutdown/turnaround activities.
Trade/Diploma level qualification in Engineering.
Must exhibit effective communication and people management skills.
Able to adjust to changing schedules and priorities.
