The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
As Shutdown Team Leader, your role is to provide leadership and direction to the shutdown execution teams during all stages of shutdown preparation and site execution with a focus on HSE, quality, timeliness of work and cost management

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring Safety, both Process and Occupational Health and Safety, is reinforced as the highest priority consideration in conducting all shutdown activities
Supporting the optimisation of the scheduling/execution of shutdown activities in liaison with the Offshore Shutdown Planner and other key operations personnel.
Developing the contracts and systems required to ensure efficient execution of shutdowns to support minimal impact on plant operations.
Developing and delivering shutdown management processes applicable across assets, for all shutdowns, including integration with core operations personnel.
Utilising the shutdown planning process to enable work programs to be completed efficiently by the maximum utilisation of resources, identification of opportunities including elimination of conflicting activity and unnecessary downtime

Coordinating the specialist vendor and supplementary labour assistance required to achieve efficient execution of maintenance plans
Planning spare parts, tools, logistics, resources and contracts to meet required response times during shutdown activities
Maintaining an expert understanding of maintenance management systems and planning tools.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma of Frontline Management or equivalent
Technical trade or Engineering Diploma in Mechanical/Instrument/Electrical
Extensive experience with Offshore Oil and Gas production facilities and experience working at Team Leader Level.
Highly skilled in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
Strong interpersonal skills in influencing and teamwork.
Training and competence record indicating exposure and involvement during career in fundamental elements of plant operation (eg Emergency Management, Permit to Work authority, equipment operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, supervision/leadership, competency assessment).
