The Role:
Prepare work packs for shutdown activities to ensure all work scopes are effectively and efficiently executed per the shutdown/turnaround plans

Primary Functions:

Prepare work packs for annual shutdowns in CNS:

• Interface with Engineers/Technical Authorities to identify and collate CNS activities to be completed in shutdowns.
• Logically group work scopes and develop associated work packs accordingly.
• Attend shutdown planning meetings as required.
• Ensure work packs are finalised as per the Shutdown Plan.
• Liaise with materials management team to prepare all materials required to support the various work packs.
• Provide input to the CNS shutdown plan.
• Travel offshore as needed for related surveys and execution of activities.
• Assist Maintenance Team with ad hoc maintenance projects as required.
• Provide input into the 10-year shutdown.
• Develop library of work packs for all routine shutdown activities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Use of SAP Plant Maintenance Module:
• Raise notifications as necessary.
• Provide technical input to notifications and work orders as required.
• Review and verify completed work orders as necessary.
• Proficient with the Microsoft suite of tools.
