The Company:
Our client is a Global Engineering & Construction (E&C) Group inside which you’ll find an incredible range of expertise and opportunity.
They offer their clients a complete range of skills and services so that they can work with their teams right from the earliest ‘ideas’ stage of their planned investments, through the study or concept selection phase, the front-end design, the EPC phase, and on into the commissioning and start-up phase.

The Role:
•Typing and formatting documents and reports
•Answer telephone calls; answer routine queries, take messages where appropriate, and/or refer to relevant person or department
•Receive and distribute incoming mail, logging correspondence into project/department logs if necessary
•Administer diary, organise meetings, accommodation, hospitality (where necessary)
•Coordinate administration, cleaning, maintenance or the site establishment through the providers Site Facilities Manager
•Booking of meeting rooms, equipment and catering as required
•Organise travel arrangements as required
•Data input, i.e. maintenance of various databases/logs for correspondence, expense reports, holiday charts, etc
•Organise, order, store and maintain suitable levels of stationery
•Set up and maintain filing; assist with file archival
•Organise courier service
•Handle site expenses and accounting under the direction of the cost controller
•Photocopying, printing, scanning, collating, binding, and distribution of documentation
•Be a general contact point for staff/clients and receive visitors where appropriate
•Ordering of site materials and PPE
•Liaise with other offices
•General administrative tasks as and when required
•Assist with the booking and administration of site inductions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Experience of working in a structured environment requiring the formal handling of documentation.(desirable)
•Proficient in the use of MS Office Word Excel and Powerpoint (essential)
•Able to use initiative in organising workload, although direction will be given by the Project Manager as necessary
•May be required to cover for other support staff during their absence
