The Role:
The main responsibility will be to ensure that the site documentation is maintained up to date; any site documentation is appropriately filed/stored, managing the site office and ensuring anyarrangements are in place where any visitors are attending site form overseas HO or Clients.
Aspects of this are as follows;
a) Translation services where applicable
b) Correspondence and communication with Client and Subcontractor(s)
c) Maintaining the site registers/files
d) Ensuring the documents on site are the latest revisions
e) Downloading documentation from the head office,
f) Site Administration of the IFS System (training will be provided)
g) General administration duties within the site office
h) Registering materials received on site in the system
i) Liaising with any local supplier/agents where necessary, and arranging local purchases
j) Maintaining the office supplies
k) Ensuring that any Veolia notices or instructions are clearly posted and updated
l) Distribute any necessary project documentation to Head Office, Clients or Subcontractors
m) Manage the administrative element of any Punchlists/inspections
n) Collating all site engineers daily and weekly reports
o) Update the Project folder(s) in Head Office with copies of the Site Documentation.Reports, Photos, etc.
p) Liaise with the subcontractor to arrange for induction, meetings or other services
q) Arranging local personnel accommodation, transportation, etc, for the site staff and visiting Head Office personnel, and Client/3rd Parties where necessary

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Accept to work in Contract 6 months
Able communicate clearly in oral and written English.
Good organisation skills.
He/she should be familiar with working in an industrial environment, and possess good administrative skills.
The above is indicative of the Site Administrators position, and the responsibilities may vary depending on site requirements and workload.
The candidate must be flexible to the changing requirements, as instructed by the Construction Superintendent
