Job Title: Site Administrator

The Company:
Our client operates in the oil and gas sector.

The Role:
• Responsibility for administration and welfare of Contract Authority (Client) personnel on site.
• Supervision of Administration and Translation staff.
• Primary liaison to HMD Flight Operations group on the project's team travel requests, etc.
• Review of project monthly report to identify any site related issues
• Responsible for staff time sheet register and ensuring all time sheets are submitted as per procedure.
• Liaison with Lot Contractors Administration staff on office and accommodation assignments, maintenance, etc.
• Responsibility for site meeting calendar, meeting arrangements, minutes of weekly site meetings.
• Maintenance of company vehicle fleet, vehicle assignment register, control of spare vehicle keys, etc.
• Responsibility for company radio equipment and installations. Maintain radio equipment issue register.
• Responsibility for company IT equipment. Maintain IT equipment issue register.
• Responsibility for company telephone equipment. Maintain telephone equipment issue register.
• Primary liaison with GB IT&T and Lot Contractors IT staff supporting IT and phone requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining staff rotation calendar and ensuring Construction Managers approval of schedule.
• Preparation of site generated Weekly Manpower Reports.
• Attend project meetings with contractors and SAA PMT staff as may be required.
• Primary liaison for site visitors (Audits, Partner visits, SH visits etc)
• Prepare ad-hoc procurement requests via GB Musis System

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•8-10 years experience in the engineering and construction of large oil and gas production facilities.
•Construction experience with international design and construction teams.
•Proven supervisory experience
•Strong communication skills and proven experience in liaising with various stakeholders

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•French an advantage
•Ability to work in a culturally diverse, remote and challenging environment.
