The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
Responsible for day to day site administration duties within the various teams which may include, but not be limited to:
• Co-ordination of roster and arrange travel/flight requests via the project’s site travel department
• Record keeping, data gathering, statistics, report writing, filing, scanning, archiving & scribing meeting minutes.
• Maintenance of the various systems and data bases to support coordination of the site construction group.
• Collation and distribution of weekly timesheets
• Carry out admin KPIs
• Take minutes of meetings
• Electronic record keeping
• Assist senior management
• Liaise with Perth Operating Centre (POC)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• At least five (5) years administration experience in a similar role
• Track record of general administration on significant construction projects.
• Able to establish and maintain complex spreadsheets, databases and records for the purpose of controlling and managing site activities.
• Attention to minor detail and accuracy in proof reading documentation (including emails) prior to distribution.
• Respect for and understanding of confidentiality
• Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of packages.
• Good command of English language to construct emails and minute taking. Show an interest of subjects under discussion.
• Knowledge of document control procedures
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to liaise with different levels of personnel
• Ability to prioritise
• Highly self motivated, methodical in approach to completing tasks, detailed and organised

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Candidate shall display confidence in representing the Client when interfacing with Contractors.
• FIFO experience preferred, but not essential.
• Previous experience working within the industry (mine site or remote site experience) is desirable.
• This role will provide continued coverage in various departments and locations.
