The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Administrator to work for a leading Oil and Gas client for a 12-month duration. The purpose of the role is to provide support and services to the administration department and project team.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•Produce and deliver staff induction programme in conjunction with Quality, IT and Document Control group for all new arrivals and visitors.
•Introduce new staff to site team and ensure high level of familiarisation with site procedures and practices.
•Ensure line management is aware of start date for new arrivals and that new arrivals have an office location assigned and work station available.
•Provide welcome pack, meet and greet new assignees and their families at the Karratha airport and arrange conveyance to home accommodation. Ensure that house keys are issued, accommodation leases are signed and inventories agreed by staff assignees.
•Assign appropriate housing to new employees. Ensure that assigned personnel accommodation has all of the requisites in accordance with the approved list of contents.
•Manage the installation of Foxtel to company houses and manage a report regarding the location of each unit.
•Manage the installation of blinds into project houses.
•Manage the cleaning contract and maintenance and repairs on project houses. Maintain a key register for keys issued to contractors.
•Direct Asset Coordinator to inspect furniture and housing requisites to ensure that quantity received is correct and no damage in transit has occurred.
•Manage the gardening contract for lawn mowing and tree trimming etc. at project houses.
•Maintain the monthly housing charge report.
•Inspect project houses prior to demobilisation of tenant.
•Coordinate external functions for employees and their families.
•Support the Administration Manager in general administration of personnel services including documents
•Assist in the production of the monthly project workforce magazine. Also co-ordinate progress photography requirements for the internal and external sources.
•Purchase goods using an allocated Credit Card, including office sundries and visitor accommodation at the village. Reconcile the credit card on a monthly basis and provide reports to the Administration Manager.
