The Company:
A Major international Engineering company providing Maintenance, Project and Turnaround services to the Oil and Gas sector which includes Refineries, tank Farm and distribution outlets within the Southern Branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager to join a highly professional team, working to ensure the successful delivery of Maintenance, Project and Turnaround requirements.

The Role:
The Site Manager will be expected to be able to demonstrate clear leadership in safety and management of the site team and the support of third parties. They will be responsible for the management of safe and efficient activities and ensure that these activities are carried out in accordance with Corporate procedures, project/contract programme and are within budget.


As Site Manager - Petrochemical your main duties will involve:

• Monthly reporting of contract status including site reviews and end of contract reviews.
• Managing site team in Ensuring technical integrity of all Maintenance, Projects and Turnaround operations.
• Environmental and Safety Auditing for operations sites, prior to work and after completion.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures and management systems.
• Developing and maintaining good client relationships.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Relevant HNC/Degree qualification in an Engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of detailed planning, programming and project management functions and applications for all contractual requirements and achieve appropriate financial returns.
• Knowledge & understanding of the legal, practical and company safety requirements.
• The ability to establish the workscope, programme quality standards and budget for the successful execution of the contract.
• Ability to ensure the affective management and supervision of all project staff, and that they are suitably skilled and experienced to complete the contract effectively.
• Knowledge & understanding of all project, maintenance and turnaround related company management systems.
• Significant experience in Petrochemical plant Maintenance/Project/Turnarounds.
