The Role:
Job purpose: The Store Keeper is in charge of controlling all the storage activities with an accurate monitoring (material in/out). He is also in charge of the protection and the Security of the Goods up until their installation

Documentation and Reporting
Monitoring the quantities available on stock with a clear picture of the material delivered (to whom and when).
Report on daily basis on the exact quantities available in the stock.

Location work: Samutsakorn Site
Working hours: Mon-Sat


Personnel/ Coordination
Assist PM/CM and other Site Management Staff in our daily duties by given them accurate information on stock and “in/out” material
Coordinate with subcontractors in order to deliver them the material approved in each Request for Material (which have been approved by the PM)

Controlling
Check all materials when they arrive on Site (following our Contracting Procedures for “incoming goods”) in coordination with the QA/QC section and immediately implement these new items in the Stock list
Prepare the check out voucher following the request for materials which have been approved by the PM or CM
Inform in an immediate basis the CM/PM when material requested is no more available
Protect all delivered goods on Site in order to avoid any damage and the SK is also in charge of loading/ unloading of all materials up until their final location (could be done in coordination with our subcontractors
Ensure the Security of the store and other materials which are not able to be stored there.
Ensure best Ethics practices are enforced within all project activities
Perform other tasks as may be required by the management or/and for the good progress of the project.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Educational background at College/University degree.
At least 2/5 years of relevant experience in equivalent position in construction or engineering field.
Reliable and devoted to the interest of the company.
Computer literacy and especially MS Offices.
Writing skills and conversational ability in English Communication.
Capability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong ability to develop team work in an efficient working atmosphere.
Problem solver with a realistic can do attitude.
Ability to work independently and under pressure
