The Company:
Our client, a diverse Canadian Energy Company, plans new developments estimated at $12+ Billion over the next 5 years.

This position is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only. Residents of Newfoundland & Labrador will be given first consideration for this position.

The Role:
As Site Office Administrator you will provide direction and support to the Site Administrative Assistant with the Overland Transmission Construction Management team. You will report to the Area Construction Manager. As Office Administrator you shall also receive general direction and work collaboratively with the Overland Transmission Construction Management team.

As a Site Office Administrator your main duties will involve:
• This role is the focal point for all facilities/office and administrative supports for the Labrador Transmission Line team. In this capacity, this position provides office administration services to the assigned project, in accordance with Project Instructions and Procedures. The scope includes a variety of responsibilities involving document control, IT, fleet management, buying, reporting, inventory control and general administrative duties in support of the Overland Transmission Construction Management team.
• Provide assistance to new and existing staff
• Perform various site office administration
• Preparation of reports, distribution and meeting duties:
• General Administrator duties

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
As a Site Office Administrator you will have experience:
• Graduate from a recognized Business Management or Office Administration program. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may also be considered.
• 5+ years of office administration at a senior management level.
• 2+ years of executive team support experience.
• Previous office management experience would be considered an asset.
