• A person with higher education, Primavera experience and length of service higher than 3 years in Planning functions.
• Experience and understanding of field SIMOPS, Critical Path and how to manage priorities
• Be a team player with good communication, interpersonal skills, and demonstrate strong team work capabilities.
• Experience and understanding of Capital Project Drivers (Safety, Project processes and procedures).
Position Description:
The Site Planner Analyst is supporting to Site Planner on preparation and management of the overall project schedule with the main focus on analytical type of job using Primavera software and other tools.
Job Functions:
• Contribution to maintaining an incident free operation to support and in compliance with protecting people and the environment policy
• Where required, develop from the start (EPS, WBS, activities, links, durations, calendars, resource loading & codes) and maintain (keep updated) schedules as assigned associated with the field construction activities of the project, set up one or multiple baselines, "user defined" options, define critical and other paths.
• Identify critical interfaces in the schedules provided by contractors, able to evaluate activity float, utilize Critical Path, identify clashes, provide mitigation & recovery plans, create & adjust histograms, risk assessment & simulations and set up reports.
• Monitor contractors', vendors' and sub-contractors' construction schedules to ensure that the project has a realistic and achievable construction schedule and validate the claimed weekly progress by site visits.
• Review and provide comments on cost commitment, forecast & actual expenditure plan models provided by contractors' and / or sub-contractors' based on the baseline schedules for their scopes, manage work priority considering labor units/ resources, durations /dates where budgeted, actual, earned, variance and remain.
• Develop with the contractor planning team, alternative schedule execution scenarios for critical equipment and structures, to minimize schedule impact, in advance of confirmed delivery problems
• Support in preparation and issuance analysis on the actual vs. planned construction progress, cost commitment and expenditure forecast analysis reports and charts / s-curves and ad-hoc diagrams as per management requirement.
• Ensure that input to interface schedules (between the various field construction / drilling / operations groups) is timely and accurately reflects known schedule forecasts.
