The Role:
This area covers the translation of a Turnaround Construction Scope (project, Ops & maintenance) and Execution Strategy into the component activities, interrelationships and sequencing required for its delivery. This involves detailed development of schedule for Shutdown window, integrate it with pre-SD and post SD requirement including its pre-requisites like PTW’s and any constraints.

The processes involved are:
- Activity Definition: Identifying the specific activities that need to be performed for construction.
- Activity Sequencing: Identifying and utilising dependencies between activities.
- Activity Resourcing: Estimating the types and quantity of resources needed.
- Schedule Development: Analysing activity sequences, durations, resource limits, and constraints to create a realistic baseline.
- Schedule Control: Progressing, rescheduling, measuring performance and analysing the current position against the baseline in order to establish project status. Identifying problem areas, mitigating actions and the effect of scope changes to the project’s execution.

Position description - Dimensions
- Responsible for planning and maintaining the construction (SD) schedule at level-4 at task level.
- Guiding Construction contractor in development of detailed construction schedule based on company level-4 plan.
- Develop detailed turnaround plan with all interfaces and pre-requisites/enablers.
- Interface with operations and built the operations prerequisites in planning for Brownfield inplant construction work, turnaround and system handover.
- Intimately familiar with construction requirement with a vision for overall construction.
- Interface with Projects on non SD related work.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Hands on P6 experience.
- Ability to develop detailed level 5/6 schedule, mainly shutdown
- Experience of Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) 90 days production & maintenance plan
