The Company:
Our client is an international oil & gas operator.

The Role:
ACTIVITIES
The Service will include and shall not be limited to:
• Maintain, revise and update the project construction Schedule according to project progress and constraints
• Collaborate with TPR Planning Engineer in order to update the Project Work Breakdown Structure in regards to Site construction activities
• Inject resources in the schedule and establish required histograms.
• Suggest scheduling organization and follow-up, propose recovery actions and enhancement to the schedule.
• Perform with Contractor Planning team pre-job readiness assessment with regard to Design, Permits, Resources, Material.
• Liaise with project reporting and quantity surveyors in order to maintain a daily update of progress achieved and delayed activities.
• Provide input to daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Closely examine contracts execution schedule and analyze Contractors’ scheduling methodology
• Consolidate scheduling information for reporting and analysis and simulations of new schedules
• Ensure availability at all times of an up to date and accurate Project Scheduling documentation related to the Site Activities
• Elaborate and revise Project Risk assessment documents (wherever schedule is involved) in close co-operation with Site Project Control Manager, Site Project Team and QA & Procurement team upon request
• Comply with the HSE instructions, rules and procedures in force in the project
• Satisfy the HSE assigned objectives during the execution of construction activities.
• Ensure that Company HSE Policy and contractual HSE requirements are enforced within the framework of all site construction activities.
• Take an active part in the HSE reporting system towards Anomaly

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Charted Engineer or similar education level
Strong knowledge of PRIMAVERA software and approximately 5/7 years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering and/or Construction
Familiar with SAP System.
Experience in Oil and Gas industry, Planning activities.
Language: Fluent in Italian and English, French appreciated.
