The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Site Quality Engineer to assist the onshore team.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Monitor site mechanical and E&I subcontractor’s manufacturing processes (welder / NDT technicians qualifications, consumables control, segregation of materials etc).
• Review, monitor and close out of site mechanical and E&I subcontractor NCRs.
• Participate in audits and reviews of site mechanical and E&I subcontractors, ensuring audit reports are issued within acceptable time frame and audit actions are appropriately implemented.
• Review and ensure implementation of Contractor's inspection management plans (including inspection and test plans) for site mechanical and E&I subcontractors.
• Coordinate client inspections of site mechanical and E&I subcontracts performed offsite from the construction site, where applicable.
• Review site mechanical and E&I subcontractor records management and preparation for handover, including MDRs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered you will have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following commercial, technical and interpersonal aspects:

• Degree/Diploma qualifications in related oil and gas fields.
• AS Code experience, as well as ASNT, API, ASME.
• Lead Auditor Qualification, with demonstrable experience in leading audits.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Previous experience in modularised oil and gas plants.
• Ability to prepare concise, legible reports of activities conducted.
• Some E&I experience.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the application of Quality Assurance and Quality Control management on major oil and gas module projects.
• Extensive experience in the Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Contracts and fabrication of oil and gas module projects.
