The Role:
- Participate to the review of subcontractor documentation prior to pre-inspection meeting (PIM)
- Review and find agreements with respect with management decision and contractual requirement's with Company, all documentation during pre-inspection meeting
- Inspect all CP/CI at delivery site and issue with subcontractor all inspection report and Hand over certificates
- In the project team, the Site Quality representative reports directly to the site Manager
- Assisting the Quality Manager for the implementation of the Quality contractual requirements and project documents such as Quality Plan, audit, schedule, etc
- Ensuring satisfactory interface, participation to weekly meetings and communications with the Client's quality representatives in a pro-active/positive manner
-Coordinating overall Quality Control activities on site
- Project management activities
- Ensuring and manufacturing operating centers involved in the project execution
- Equipment/materials suppliers
- Construction/operation management team and subsea contractors
- Quality surveillance activities should be adapted regarding identified risks
- Managing and following resolution of NC from subcontractors and internal all phase of piping module fabrication
- Identifying QC problems on site, to initiate actions to result in effective solutions and to recommend action to control further processing of non-conforming items or deficiencies until proper disposition has been effected (Management of Change)
- Tracking and reporting of performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports to COMPANY
- In charge of the readiness of the Final documentation prior to each piping modules
- Implementation of ITPs during fabrication. Be responsible for all quality mentioned related to ITP during fabrication
- Ensure that the supplier is working on safe conditions in application of their internal HSE requirements (In particular: Wear of PPE - safe working - Clear area)
- Report to the supplier management & TPF Fabrication Manager, all safety remarks or near miss that could occur during fabrication. Regular HSE check list to be filled.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Language: English & French

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
CWIP 3.2
PCN Level II welding inspection
RT/UT Level 2 according to EN 473
Diploma IWE
