The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Leads the development, implementation and tracking of site quality goals as defined in the Product Quality & Analytical (PQ&A) Strategy.
1. Coordinate with the Product Quality Manager to develop quality and excellence standards for engineering and manufacturing departments.
2. Evaluate the compliance and the fulfilment of existing quality standards by each engineering and manufacturing department.
3. Engage and assist site services and functions (e.g. Site Logistics) in identifying and achieving quality-related goals and targets.
4. Develop and lead Quality Coordinator (QC) network to achieve site quality goals and objectives.
5. Provide expertise and support on local regulations (e.g. current Good Manufacturing Practices - cGMP, ISO 9001, ISO 16949, Integrated Management System).
6. Interface with Internal audit as well as performance and organizational management department to raise the level of quality throughout the client’s operations.
7. Conduct audits of site facilities, including plants, labs, and warehouses and other central facilities and functions as applicable.
8. Develop and complete annual/ monthly/ quarterly quality reports for various departments and analysis the findings in order to identify gaps in quality.
9. Lead and identify site quality training needs, and develop plans to close the skill and awareness gap identified.
10. Publish guideline reference material, and advise departments in implementing their quality management systems.
11. Assist in development of quality and excellence standards for various departments.
12. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor / manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or any other related field.
