The Role:
- Display visible environment to promoting an incident- and injury-free culture on the project, and expect the same commitment from subordinates and contractors
- Identify / select, and then lead / supervise, a team of Site Administrators to:
- Ensure that the necessary supporting infrastructure and processes are establish at all project sites and that the ongoing quality and timeliness of support services provided at project sites satisfies the needs of the IDD Team. Support services might be provided by the project's engineering / procurement / construction (EPC) contractors and/or by direct contract to the Company- "Project Sites" are those project locations which are separate from the IDD headquarters and may be located in Indonesia and/or internationally (likely 5-8 locations total.
- "Support Services" might include any or all of the following : travel arrangements, airport meet and greet, visa support, local communications (e.g. radios, mobile phones), housing / accommodations; transport (vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance); general office services; petty cash; inventories of local items (e.g. computers, cameras, QA/QC test equipment)
- Assist the IDD IT Team in supporting the IT /Telecomm infrastructur at project sites (e.g. serve as local hands to diagnose and solve problems). The IT team is responsible for maintaining the integrity and continuity of IT connectivity

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years experience on major capital projects (projects valued at $250 million or greater), preferably in the oil & gas industry
- Minimum of 7 years experience in according project support services such as described above.
- Experience in building a work team (defining positions, hiring staff) and supervising personnel
- Customer-oriented with ability to serve multiple customers and to work in a multi-team/multi-cultural environment
- Experience directing the work of contracted services providers, including negotiating cost/services with providers
- Comfortable with computers; good user-level knowledge/aptitude toward IT networking
- Experience working offshore (e.g. witnessed/experienced offshore living and logistics)
- Creativity and problem solving ability; organizational skills; a sense of curiosity and inquisitiveness; a desire to learn.
