The Role:
• Ensure that all Engineering and Construction activities are carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
• Ensure all personnel within Engineering and Construction team are clear on their goals and responsibilities and that all key engineering staff have the appropriate level of competency and training.
• Manage and direct personnel working on allocated projects in line with the execution plan
• Prepare and manage assigned budgets and AFE’s within approved limits
• Actively participate in the UK Engineering and Projects NOE
• Ensure the predictable delivery of all engineering and construction works within the agreed cost and schedule
• Manage the Engineering and Construction contract, including E&C KPI’s, commercial aspects and personnel
• Work closely with the Operations Leadership Team to prioritise work and align resources to meet production and cost targets
• Develop and implement procedures as required to enable successful project execution
• Promote and manage co-ordination with the SNS Facilities Engineers in the development of engineering changes or specific project workscopes to ensure successful scope execution
• Ensure project documentation is closed out
Provide routine project progress and performance reporting to key stakeholders

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level
- Working towards Chartered Engineer status
- Track record of continuous professional development
- Knowledge of SNS operations
- Strong focus on achieving the highest standards of Safety Performance
- Operations background with knowledge of offshore goal setting regulations, safety cases and verification schemes
