Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
"* Working within the infotainment software quality organisation, lead the measurement, monitoring and improvement of supplier software engineering processes & practices to drive improvements to the resulting software artefacts and increase visibility. * Collaboratively define, document, review & release effective and relevant improvements to suppliers' software processes & practices including guidelines, templates, KPIs and oversight report formats. * Lead the tracking & oversight of supplier software process improvements, providing regular reports to management * Collaboration with JLR product development, project management and quality teams in support of departmental quality goals * Participation in Software Quality improvement activities"

"* Experience working as an active contributor within software development teams in accordance with mature software development processes * Working within an effective and integrated software quality assurance or software project management department, driving improvements in processes and products * Leading local & remote teams through software product and software process problem analysis and improvement activities"
"* Experience as a software Project Manager, with track record in successful software product delivery * Background in robust software development, ideally embedded, within a mature production-capable process environment (eg Automotive, Aerospace, Medical) * Software Team and Technical leadership * Extensive experience of creating & reviewing A-SPICE or CMM compatible software process documentation including generic and tailored processes & templates * Working within an effective and integrated software quality assurance department, driving improvements in processes and products * Experience developing & executing software auditing plans"
