The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
ADAS Control Systems/Software engineer, working on Automated Driving Technologies.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Real time control systems, ideally automotive engine/ chassis braking and steering systems 'Matlab/ simulink ' Systems Engineering. Practical working knowledge and experience of sysML / UML / Doors requirements capture methodology. System hazard analysis and ASIL levels. (Functional Safety ISO 26262). Good working knowledge of Quality tools and Techniques. FMEA / CFMEA. Experience of test and validation of systems designed, HIL,SIL & Vehicle. Excellent team-working, organisation and communication skills. Self motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision. 5+ year experience of working with real time control systems, ideally automotive engine/ chassis braking and steering systems. Matlab/ simulink Automotive control system models. Practical working knowledge and experience of sysML / UML / Doors requirements capture methodology. Performed System hazard analysis and ASIL levels. (Functional Safety ISO 26262). Systems Engineering experience. Good working knowledge of Quality tool

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Able and willing to work in a small multi-skilled team. Autosar. Uk Driving Licence. Good communication skills with ability to report out and present own work in both written form and using Power Point presentation ( when required ). Matlab/ Simulink control models allied to ADAS systems. Good understanding of automotive electrical systems. Knowledge of ADAS systems linked to Braking and Steering Systems. Able and willing to work in a small multi-skilled team. CAN / Flexray experience. Practical Experience of working on Motor Vehicles. IPG Car Maker experience preferred. Autosar.
