The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Software project Engineer for Advanced Programme JLR are working to improve the user experience and range of features within the company product offerings, this involves expanding the supply base and working with consumer electronics, apps and web concepts. - Manage multiple small collaborations with internal and external stakeholders - Ensuring deliverables are provided on time for project gateways, milestones and reviews - Lead planning / timing meetings - Lead progress reporting and metrics - Lead creation and maintenance of risk logs - Support developers to communicate project status and task priorities - Other tasks as required by the business from time to time - Build relationships both internally and externally - This role may involve travel to other JLR or external partner sites.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Project management within software related projects - UX Experience - Reporting of status based on internal and external deliverables.
AGILE / SCRUM master experience - Formal PM methodology certification - Experience of CE / Application / Web programme management - Experience of multinational projects.
Ideally Degree in Project Management / Software Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics, or similar industry experience.
Automotive or mobile UX design management - Good Communicator - Excellent writing skills - Conceptual and analytical thinker - User Experience and project management background.
