The Role:
The Solid Control and Waste Management Coach is responsible for providing training and coaching to the Waste Management Engineer (WME).
The WME under the coaching needs to reach a level of technical skills and competence to become responsible in providing assurance on the planning and implementation of solid control & waste management programs and rig upgrade projects. The reporting line is to the Discipline Specialist Team Leader.
In addition to a working knowledge of the Wells discipline, the role will require excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills and strong knowledge and understanding of how OMS, processes and procedures work at AGT Wells and Global Wells Organization levels. These competences will be needed by the waste management engineer at the end of the coaching.

The Waste Management Coach shall ensure the WME acquires the following skills and expertise.

• Provide quality assurance of fluids programs & verify their compliance with agreed standards, lessons learned and best practices in two dedicated projects.
• Provide quality assurance of offshore drilling waste management and cutting re-injection operations.
• Provide assistance in quality assurance of rigs fluids/mixing systems, solids control systems and cutting handling equipment upgrade and innovation projects.
• Provide technical support in managing of Fluids Engineering, Commodities and Waste Management Contracts and assist in contractor’s Performance Reviews.
• Assist to Senior Fluids Specialist in providing quality assurance of all fluids programs & to be coached on existing standards, lessons learned and best practices.
• Assist in analysing of drilling/completion fluids performance & propose improvements.
• Assist in analyzing of solids control/waste management equipment performance & propose improvements.
• Assist in developing a long term development programs & implementing the program.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A Bachelor Of Science Engineering degree or equivalent
• 15 years minimum experience in waste management and solid control management as an engineer.
• Knowledge and abilities in MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience of coaching and training engineers
