The Role:

In this role you will be responsible for the implementation of the Spare Parts Acquisition Plan and oversee execution of the associated work processes, including materials resource planning for spare parts to meet schedule requirements, coordination of spares data cleansing, and resolution of spares supply issues on Project .
This position may transfer from Farnborough to the site office in Kazakhstan within 18/24 months to oversee the final handover of parts and data to the business unit.

Responsibilities include the following:

Close out on Spare Parts Acquisition strategy, plan and work processes.
Stakeholder engagement and ensure overall alignment of spare parts supply across the project.
Project MRP, issue management, risk management
Coordinate receipt of Spare Parts information between supplier, engineering, and supply chain.
Oversee timely review of all SPIR forms validating data quality and data standards at met.
Assure Item Master data conforms to TCO standards, manage data upload process, resolve discrepancies.
Issue resolution with both internal and external customers
Manage process to obtain all required approvals
Oversee spares supply to meet schedule requirements, including critical start up spares.
Management of all documentation to maintain good traceability.
Coordination with base business

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Person:
Previous experience managing and coordinating spare parts preferably on a MCP or Materials Operations in Oil and gas industry.
Must possess the ability to develop, document, and present implementation plans for internal review and to the end customer.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in groups and one-on-one interaction for effective presentations.
Must have experience and be proficient with Excel.
Material awareness.
Ability to travel as required.
