The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Spare Parts Specialist to join their team based in Perth. The Spare Parts Specialist will report to the Lead Spare Parts Engineer who will provide support and services to the group.

The successful candidate will have the following specific accountabilities:

• Identify and contact suppliers to obtain required Spare Parts lists and verify, validity and completeness of the information received
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm spare parts details
• Analyse and update data to maintain the database using information from suppliers and existing documentation
• Liaise with cataloguer to supply accurate and uniform parts data to enable purchase of operational spares
• Maintain workflow processes so that critical lead times for purchasing spare parts are achieved

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in the maintenance field with either technical trade and / or purchasing experience within the Oil and Gas industry
• Advanced Excel and MS Access skills
• Good understanding of project workflow processes and equipment spares requirements for LNG onshore/offshore equipment preferred
