The Company:
The Spares Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Spares Department with sales of spares, leasing from Manipulator pool and other related duties.

The Role:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. • Prepare sales quotations
• Generate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
• Handle customer PO’s and queries
• Expedite parts from head office
• Generate, maintain and communicate department reports / metrics as required
• Regularly communicate directly with customers to provide updates
• Generate lease quotes for manipulator equipment pool
• Support the Customer Service Dept with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, distribution of paperwork, answering telephones and other general tasks as necessary.
• Assist Operations staff in the day to day running of Aberdeen facility (when required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Computer literate, including proficiency in the use of MS office
• Several years of prior experience in an office environment
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player who works well with all levels in the organization.
• Able to occasionally work overtime, as required.
• Previous experience with Visibility & Sharepoint (in-house systems).
• Prior work experience in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task effectively while meeting deadlines
