The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Main Accountabilities
Receiving enquiries and preparation of customer quotations for spare parts business.
Contacting ABB factories for price & delivery information.
Receiving customer orders, reviewing and ensuring sales orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with SOX & QA Procedures.
Completing documentation to meet customer’s needs e.g Letter of credit documentation
Processing of purchase orders on vendors
Completion of delivery documents and arranging shipment in conjunction with the stores department or factories.
Invoicing delivered orders in a timely manner
Clearing any Basware requests for unmatched invoices
Clearing invoices in dispute
Clearing any non conformance reports received
Handling technical queries on behalf of customers.
Spare parts support across other parts of the organization.
General Filing and administration as required by the department

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Typically BTEC qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience in a clerical or secretarial support role. Secretarial and non-technical clerical support staff.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong team working skills
Demonstrate excellent customer focus with both internal & external customers
Must also be able to work on own initiative
PC literate preferably with Microsoft Office skills
Experience working in a sales environment preferred but not essential
ONC or HND in Electrical Engineering of benefit but not essential
