The Role:
Reports to Services Manager.

Must be familiar with:

Must have the skills to:

* Formulate and execute business plans according to set priorities
* Must be able to extremely proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, with a strong skills in MS Word
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
* Knowledge of current and emerging internal and external issues impacting on the operational environment of project Services.
* Qualification in project management or equivalent
* Well-developed interpersonal skills

* Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of the principles, processes, and requirements for strategic planning and development within Oil and Gas sector
* Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
* Communicating with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project
* Ability to identify, evaluates, and accurately assesses the viability of strategic opportunities available to project Services.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Job functions and responsibilities

* Review the project schedule with senior management and all other stakeholders; revise the schedule as required
* Establish a communication schedule to update senior management and stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
* Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
* Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
* Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
* Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
* Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project.
* Execute the project according to the project plan
* Develop forms and records to document project activities
* Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
* Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
* Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
* Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
* Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
* Being responsible for all aspects of a project from the design stage through to completion and handover to the customer.
* Taking responsibility of projects through their entire lifecycle.
* Properly scoping a project.
Responsible for:

Execution, quality and timeliness of his/her job functions provided by the job description, within the limits of applicable ROK legislation
Compliance with labor discipline, safety, labor protection and fire safety requirements
Integrity of work documentation and compliance with data privacy requirements in terms of information received in the process of performing his/her job functions
Compliance with internal regulatory documents, company rules and procedures/policies
Timely informing immediate supervisor regarding potential and identified risks for the company business
Material damage (loss) caused to the company by his/her activities (or in-activities) related to performing the job functions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Completed high school education
Diploma in supply chain management is desirable, undergraduate degree Engineering or Construction Management is required. Postgraduate will be viewed favorably
Minimum of 15 years work experience in a providing services to the Oil & Gas industry.
Business analytics background, small project development.
Must have previous facility maintenance and facility construction (accommodation, office and temporary buildings) experience
High level of English comprehension, written and spoken is required
Proficient with most Microsoft Office based applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and shared document management systems.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Fluent in Kazakh and/or Russian is desirable,
